    Western Australia (WA) has the same nomination requirements for both the 190 and 491 visa, which makes it less confusing. There are two streams of eligibility - the general stream and the graduate stream. What we like about WA’s requirements are that you don’t have to be living or working in WA to be eligible. That’s unlike most of the other states that require you to live in their state for awhile before you can apply.
