Getting started with us

Don’t worry, we are going to ease you into this. We start off with an easy chat to see what we can do for you and break down how things will proceed should you choose to lodge your visa application through us. It would be advantageous if you have an idea of which visas options are be available to you. You can learn more about the Australia’s visa options here. Even if you don’t, no worries! We’ll get there together.

Consultations are charged but our fee is well warranted as it assures that the assessment you get is information you can actually work with, not a means to hook you in. We are up to date with the latest in regulations, being honest in our advice and exploring in depth all the visa options that may be available to you. Consultations essential as they allow us to understand your needs and your individual circumstances. There are many regulations and conditions that apply to sometimes unexpected aspects of your situation that clients are often unaware of. The consultation will allow us to fairly assess your eligibility as well as take you through what is required, timelines, how we work and our fee structures. Should you decide to start services with us, you may be eligible for a waiver of your consultation fee on signing the agreement

You can expect to receive a response within 2 business days.

Face to Face

The agent assigned will be based on availability. If you have a preference, you may consider a Skype consultation should the agent not be available at our office.

  • Fee of $165*
  • Subsequent consultations incur a fee of $110*
  • To be paid at the office at the agreed time of consultation.
  • If a bank transfer is preferred, a receipt must be provided prior to or at the agreed time of consultation

  • Calls must be incoming; we will not be able to call the inquirer

Cancellations

In the event you are unable to make the consult time and wish to reschedule, we ask that you please inform us 2 business days prior to your booking time. Cancellations will need to be made 3 business days in advance. Late cancellations may incur a forfeit of your deposits.

All consultations are half an hour sessions. Prior to the consultation we will ask that you complete a form for us. This will help us zero in on your options so that we spend more time discussing the right things. Please complete the form provided to the best of your ability. Half an hour may appear short, but it is in our experience, with a completed requisite assessment form, adequate.
